You can find out when to use each bar using the Filter tool at the top of this page. Choose 'before', 'during' or 'after' exercise and it will show you which bars are best for which.
Typically, we suggest that the Pronto bar (with it's 80mg of natural caffeine) is effective for before exercise or later in your session if you find you're flagging.
The Forza bar is perfect for afterwards as a Recovery bar, but it's equally at home during longer sessions too.
